AKSBYSAKSHI understands the importance of delivering your products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed courier partners in the country to ensure that your products are delivered safely and within the best possible time.
DELIVERY
A) How does the delivery process work?
Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately. Next, your item goes through a quality check before being handed over to our courier partner. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. It is then shipped to your location.
In case your address falls in a location that is not served by our delivery partners, our team will contact you and find an alternative solution to ensure that your order reaches you.
B) What is the estimated delivery time?
We aim to ship products within *2–3 working days*. Orders are shipped throughout the week, except on Sundays.
Please note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, your shipment may be delayed due to our dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will do our best to deliver your product as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience.
C) Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from AKSBYSAKSHI containing the tracking ID of the respective courier partner.
You can simply click on TRACK ORDER and enter your order number or full AWB (Air Waybill) number to check the current status of your shipment and its estimated delivery time.

Yes, we do.
B) Which locations do you ship your products?
AKSBYSAKSHI ships throughout India, so you can receive your order at your doorstep anywhere in the country, subject to courier service availability.
C) What are the different shipping options you provide?
We provide standard shipping, which you can choose at the checkout page while placing your order.
D) Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is Free all over India
E) Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
F) How are orders packaged?
We go the extra mile to ensure that you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is securely packed using sturdy packaging to protect it from physical damage during transit. We take utmost care to ensure that your products reach you safely.
G) Can I modify the shipping address after placing my order?
No, the shipping address cannot be modified once the order has been placed.
If your product has already been shipped and you wish to change the delivery address, we will have to reship your order again to the new address. Which will charge you additional INR 150
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
AKSBYSAKSHI offers international shipping to customers across eligible destinations.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes, if any, levied by the country we are shipping to , payment of these charges may be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS
An exchange may be provided if the article received is damaged. To request an exchange, the customer must provide an *unedited, uncut parcel-opening video* of the product on our given WhatsApp.
The exchange will be for the same article in the same colour. If the same article is unavailable, the customer will be requested to choose an alternative article.
Returns and refunds are not applicable.
